Its real name is Kami-Kawabata-Dori, a covered arcade. You will find here a mix of clothes, daily provisons, crafts, gifts. If you are coming by subway exit 5 of Hakata's Nakasu-Kawabata station brings you straight out onto the street. They have places where you can drink delightful green tea.
