Yes, it does. I think it's better to take the three-day one, which costs 5500 ¥. You get a return trip from Shinjuku to Odawara on the Odakyu line, unlimited trips on the Hakone-Tozan line, funicular railway, cable car, local buses and pirate boat across the lake. Also, you get discount at many attractions in Hakone.
