Hiroshima does not have a major international airport, but there are many other options, there are other airports that connect Hiroshima. Hiroshima Airport (HIJ) connects to destinations in Japan that have international airports., that if you want to travel only by plane. But if you want to go to, or return from Fukuoka, Shinkansen, Osaka or Tokyo you also have the train. For example, to Osaka you make 90 minutes and there you have an international airport.
