It's not really a pub. They call it a bar-restaurant, but it's British, quiet and I love it: the Old England, on 1-13-7 Nakayamate-dori. They have lots of types of beer (of course they do, it's british :) and lots of whiskies. Also, great food: try the kidney pie. It's open every day from 5 pm till late at night.
