The hotel is located in the northeast of the city, near Kyoto University. The Kyoto Shinkansen station is 20 minutes away by car. The International Conference Centre is only 10 minutes away.
Here's the address: 36 Nishihiraki-cho Takano Sakyo-ku. A room for two costs about $80.
