The Hill of Tara(3330 Kawaramachi Higashi-Iru ) is supposed to be an Irish pub. I went there and it's nice, I liked it. They have the classics when it comes to beer (Guiness) and the atmosphere. Try to find out when the regular live music nights are. I got there by chance on such a night and it was loads of fun.
