I know two: one is the Cafe Peace, on 3F Domus Hyakumanben, 28-20 Tanaka-monzencho. It's one of the cheapest vegetarian restaurants in town and the food is good. They use a lot of organic stuff. Oh! and it's slosed on Sunday.
The second is the Bio-tei, which also have meat dishes, but mainly vegan food and meals here cost arouns 1000 yen at lunchtime and 2000 yen in the evening. The adress is 2F, Higashinotoin Sanjo.
