I was at Hamakatsu, it offers reasonable prices around 4000 yen. Note that you must to order in advance and they require at least two people per group...I liked the most a sort of thick noodles in hot soup...but the sea food isn't so good. It's adress is 6-50 Kajiya-cho. I heard about Konzaru, I didn't tried it.
