There's a Chinese cafe in Sakae, the Osho. You'll find it one block south of the Maruzen bookshop, which is on 3-2-7 Sakae. It has a nice atmoshpere and a cosy touch (maybe it's just because I feel at home there :) They have quite a lot of options on the menu, the food is very good, and quite cheap, if you ask me. Set-meals cost less thatn 1000 ¥.
