Plenty. One of them is the Design Museum, in the centre of Sakae, on the 4th floor of the Nadya Park Design Centre Building. It's open every day except Tuesdays from 11 am to 8 pm and the enrtance fee is 300 ¥. I particularly liked because it shows the evolution of the design of all sorts of items, such as objects we use every day (radios, telephones etc.)
