You need Tokai welcome Card, a discount card for overseas tourists, this card is covering Nagoya city and its neighbouring, it's useful for discounts in some restaurants, hotels, transportations and sightseeing. First I saw one at tourist info centre in Nagoya, but they have a web address where you can see about it : www.j-heartland.com .
