Most restaurants along Omotesando are nice and with decent prices. To be more specific, you could try the World Cook, an Indian restaurant, where there's plenty of vegan dishes, too.
You could also try the Mamma Pasta, if you feel like eating Italian food, namely spaghetti and pizza. They have great deserts and a cosy atmosphere. You'll find it just walking down the main street from the Aeon Shopping Mall.
