I like the place Dolphin Studio, from Ocean Expo Park. They have wonderful shows, shows are around 15 minutes. If you want just to observe them, go to Dolphin lagoon. They open at 8.30 am and the fees are 1800 yen for adult and for children, it depends....between 600 and 1200 yen, depends on childs age.
