I guess the cheapest option is this capsule hotel. It is pretty reasonable, has clean basic rooms, a large bath, a sauna and a restaurant. It's on 22 Nishi Shinsaibashi near the station, and their no is 06 6213 1991. It's just Y 2600 per person. Oh...it's men only!! :)
