Garb is a hugely popular mukokuseki cafe restaurant in the Minami Semba part of the town, placed between classy boutiques and art galleries. The menu is based on a mixture of eastern and western cuisine. I tried baked tuna along with duck pizza and delicious pasta dishes. Prices vary from moderate to expensive.
