Kinko's is one of the 4 branches offering Internet access in Osaka but the average charge is Y 200 per 10 min. The Umeda branch is 5 min from Herbis Plaza. Other places include Minami Morimachi and Shinsaibashi. Bean's B:t Cafe on Uehonmachi in Tennoji ku offers special rates for tourists.
