I got a 'No My Car Day' pass when I was there. But this type of pass, you can get only on the 20th of each month. It costs Y600 and it's valid on all the subways. If you don't arrive close to this period of the month, you can acquire a one-day-pass for Y850 if you want to visit the sights around the city.
