Tourist offices are widely spread all over Osaka, no matter where you arrive. They are open from 8 am to 8 pm and the English speaking staff are very efficient. In Shin Osaka Station there is one (06 6305 3311), and the main office is in Umeda in JR Osaka Station (06 6345 2189).
