The Sapporo International Youth Hostel. I stayed there not too long ago and liked it. It's new, so everything still looks nice and clean :) They have dorms, tatami rooms for families and twins for couples. The prices are from 3500 ¥ per person. It's on Toyohira 6-6-5-35 and they also have a website: www.youthhostel.or.jp/kokusai
