It's actually the Sapporo Beer Garden and Museum. It's an old factory where they still brew beer, but now most of it has been transformed into a museum and they've made some restaurants, pubs and souvenir shops inside. It's nice to go on the one-hour free tour and get some free beer samples at the end. It's east of the Sapporo Station, at around ten minutes' walking.
