Ryokan Katsutaro - a mid range hotel in Tokyo

Ryokan is a good option, located within a walking distance of Ueono Park. It has just 7 battered tatami rooms, some of which have baths and laundry facilities. Anyway, it's a clean place and the staff is always close at reach. When I was there, a couple of years ago, they charged between Y 7000 and 10 000 per person.
