You can monitor the press for Buto performances in different places and you'll find such an event pretty soon. But to be sure, you can go to the Terpsichore theatre, on 3-49-15 Nakano. It's a small thatre just west of Nakano Station. Sometimes, they have shows in English, but anyway, the dance is central to the show, so the language doesn't matter much, right? Their number is 03/3383-3719.
