Well, this is an outstanding restaurant, at least. I think it's one of the best I've seen.. The cuisine is mainly Japanese, they call it 'nouvelle Japonaise', with specialties as foie gras on lotus root cakes, great sushi and tempuras. This one is only open in the evenings and it's placed close to Shimbashi station. Expensive, as you may imagine.
