En is on the 42nd Floor in Shiodome City Centre, on Higashi Shimbashi. It's an upmarket Japanese izakaya (bar and restaurant) with folk stylings. The menu enlists lots of vegetable and fish dishes. I was impressed with the stunning views overlooking Hama Rikyu and also the bay. Expect to pay between Y1000 and 5000.
