One good option is this mid priced traditional restaurant placed in Shibuya, Shibuya ku. You can't miss the large metal bowls of Yamanashi ken flat noodles cooked in a rich nabe stew. It is great for a chilly day. In summer you should go for the cold noodle dishes :).
