Tough the name will fool you , this Harajuku girls are placed not in Harajuku district, but near it, immediately south. The place is situated in the district called Shibuya-ku.
They expose themselves on Sundays. Come along then and you'll see it all! You can arrive here from every part of city by subway, this way is easier and cheaper.
