Where do you suggest going for a picnic in Tokyo?(give a different answer) .
this park lies between JR station and the sea. it may not have the best landscapes to offer, but it is really more than it seems. it's a favourite weekend spot for many families in Tokyo because of its picnicking, summer swimming and cycling facilities. bird lovers can watch the water birds in the beautiful bird sanctuary they have. the entrance is free!
