Meiji jingu Shrine in Tokyo

I think a visit to Tokyo is not complete without visiting Meiji jingu, Tokyo's first Shinto shrine, a memorial to emperor Meiji, and his empress who died in 1912, respectively 1914. There are 2 sections of the shrine: the Outer Garden that contains the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery and several sporting arenas, and the Inner Garden including the emperor's shrine, the empress's iris gardens and Treasure House.
