Rikugi-en garden in Tokyo

Posted 1 year ago by trakker in response to avatar charb's question: A place in Tokyo with good surroundings for taking photos? (give a different answer) .

People say that Rikugi-en is the best living example of a Edo-period, classical stroll garden. It's open on a daily interval, 9am-5pm, and entering will take out of your wallet Y 300. The garden is large enough for being protected against the traffic noise. The entrence is 5 min south of Komagome station. Its name is translated as "garden of the six principles of poetry".
