Seibu is located on the east side of Ikebukuro Station. It's been the largest flagship store in the country, but Tobu outgrew it a few years ago. The store is known for its innovative style and new trends. Apart from the main store, there are some branches of Loft, Wave and Parco. Anyway, the store is featuring fashion, household goos and music.
