It's a department store placed on the 7th and 8th floors, My City, 3-38-1 Shinjuku. The 7th floor has walls decorated with an whole range of items from old video recorders to cardboard boxes. The 8th floor shelters a cluster of restaurants that are worth checking out like Kowloon Ten Shin or Kitchen Shunju.
