Negishi is around Yokahama, a short bus ride south from Yokohama will bring you to. I think you want to visist the large stroll garden with istoric arbours, and aristocratic residences. You will need an entire day to do this, but is worth it. Make sure you have enough money at you, for every garden or house you visit you have to pay a different fare ( about 200-300 yen per fare).
