They are placed in underground, before exit in station like: Yokohama Station, Sakuragicho Station, Sambo Centre, east Kannai Station.
There is also Kanagawa Tourist Prefectural Association, a block away from Sambo Centre.
They mostly are open Mon to Fry to 9 am to 5 pm.
